Order Status

  • An email will be sent out when your order is received and when it has shipped with an estimated shipping time!

Shipping

  • Standard shipping takes approximately 2 to 10 business days for orders shipped inside the USA. Often it takes 2 to 5 but times may vary based on the post office.

International Shipping

  • Most orders take 1 to 3 weeks to get there. Depending on where you live and shipping delays it can take up to 4-6 weeks. Please note: that sometimes packages are held at customs or your local post office if you do not receive them within this time frame.

Billing and Payments

  • CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Be sure the address you enter for billing information exactly matches what your bank currently has on file for you (even if the shipping address is different)!

  • PAYPAL: If choose to pay through Paypal via eCheck or Bank Transfer, those payment types may take a few days to clear. Until then, you may receive reminder emails asking you to submit payment; you can ignore them.

Products

  • CUSTOMIZATIONS: To products can be added but you do need to speak to me BEFORE placing an order. A custom listing for you will need to be created for you.

  • SIZES: If you would like more sizes send me a message and I will see what I can do. I cannot guarantee that my clothing provider will have the size you are looking for though.​

Returns and Exchanges

  • Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that every item you purchase meets your high standards – or you can return it for a refund according to our return policy.

  • All returns must be submitted within 60 days of the date we ship out your order.

  • We make an effort to make sure that all of our products meet high standards of quality, comfort, and expression. If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we'll do our best to resolve the situation.

  • Note: Some products are labelled as a FINAL SALE in the description. These items cannot be returned. However, if you received a defective product, then we can replace it. We cannot issue returns on any products that came with any in-game item codes if those codes have been used.
